REFUND POLICY

At Cesar Calderon Art, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at calderonartstudio@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
